Terms of Service

Welcome to Non Negotiables (the “Service”), operated by Juracich (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

The Service

Non Negotiables lets you set personal commitments (“rules”) with a start and end date, mark each day as held or broken, and receive periodic email reminders. We provide the Service as a tool; outcomes are entirely up to you.

Your account

You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password safe. Don’t share your login. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break the law or harm anyone
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape the Service
• Submit content that is illegal, abusive, or violates rights of others
• Try to access other users’ accounts or data

Your content

Your rules, descriptions, and daily checks belong to you. We store them so we can show them back to you and send you reminders. We don’t use your content for anything else and we don’t sell it.

Email reminders

When you create an account, the Service will send you a nightly email reminder — at most once per day — while you have active rules to mark. You can disable this by deleting your account or contacting us.

Service availability

The Service is provided “as is.” We work to keep it running, but we don’t guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that the Service will meet your needs.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the integrity of the Service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juracich is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which, for free use, is $0).

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
